Astralis are through to the semi-finals at the ELEAGUE Major after beating Natus Vincere 2-1 (16-7 on Overpass, 14-16 on Mirage, and 16-10 on Dust2).
The first quarter-final at the ELEAGUE Major was between Natus Vincere who had a 3-0 record in the group stage and Astralis who finished their Swiss group campaign 3-2.
The first map was Overpass which was picked by Astralis. The Danes started on the T-side and took the A-site to win the pistol round. After winning the second and third rounds, Astralis turned around a 3vs5 situation to make it 4-0.
Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev stepped up in the sixth round and got two kills as Natus Vincere secured their first round (5-1). Astralis reset their opponents in the next round and later extended their lead to 8-1. Egor "flamie" Vasilyev showed up with a Deagle triple kill and his team won the eco round (8-2). Astralis' reply was swift and they finished the half 12-3 ahead.

Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács and flamie's entry kills brought the pistol round to Natus Vincere but Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen's 1vs2 clutch made the score 13-4. flamie responded with a quad-kill to put Natus Vincere back on the track (13-5). Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye's triple kill stopped Na`Vi's three round streak and Nicolai "device" Reedtz's quad kill ended the map 16-7 in favor of Astralis.
The second map which was Na`Vi's pick was Mirage where the CIS team started on the T-side. flamie & company won the first five rounds of the map, repeating what Astralis did on Overpass. The ruthless beatdown continued until it was 7-0 when Astralis won their first round.
seized & co. make their exit
Denis "seized" Kostin clutched a 1vs2 in the following round to make it 8-1 but things went wrong for Natus Vincere after this point. Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander's 1vs2 made the score 4-9 and Astralis trailed 6-9 at the halftime.
Astralis kicked off their T-side with the pistol round win and went on to pick up the first weapon round, taking the lead (10-9). GuardiaN's triple kill tied the game at 10-10 but device secured the following round with an incredible quad-kill (11-10). A 3vs5 win by Astralis made the score 13-10 but Natus Vincere were able to come back and win the map 16-14.
The decider map was Dust2 and Natus Vincere started on the CT-side. Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth's quad kill and 1vs1 clutch ensured the pistol round win for the Danes. After controlling the game in the early stages, Astralis were caught by Natus Vincere who won the first half 8-7.
GuardiaN clutched a 1vs1 against device in the second half pistol round which extended his team's lead to 9-7. device's triple kill in the following round and Astralis took the lead after winning the anti-ecos (10-9). s1mple tied it up once again after clutching a 1vs2. Astralis took full control after this point and won the match 16-10.
